For over 40 years, this magnificent duplex at 27 West 67th Street was the cherished home of Peter Yarrow, of the legendary folk trio Peter, Paul & Mary. Countless magical evenings with 80-100 people filled the living room, as guests sang "Blowin" in the Wind," "If I Had a Hammer," and "Puff the Magic Dragon" together. Filled with song and purpose, these fundraising concerts supported some of the most important causes of our time.

Built as an artist's studio in 1903, one enters into the old-world elegance of a cathedral living room with barrel-vaulted ceilings and an astonishing two-story window that frames the Upper West Side skyline. Adjacent to the great room is a dining area with iconic southern exposures flooded with natural light.
